Ignacio

Ignacio has been employed in the acoustics industry since 2005 when he graduated in Universidad Politécnica de Madrid in 2004. His enthusiasm for acoustics led him to undertake an MSc in Building and Environmental Acoustics at London Southbank University which was completed with an award winning dissertation in 2014. He has valuable experience in both the UK and Spain where he gained relevant experience at the Institute Eduardo Torroja for Construction Science.

Both in Spain and the UK, Ignacio has worked on a wide range of projects in residential, educational and leisure fields. Ignacio is familiar with relevant international standards and national legislation pertaining to many different types of developments such as offices, schools and residential. He’s worked as project manager in many large projects like Battersea Reach and The Atlas Building.

Juan Luis

Juan Luis

Juan Luis graduated at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (UPM). After his scholarship in The Institute of Noise and Vibration Research (ISVR) of the University of Southampton he completed an MSc in Building and Environmental Acoustics at London Southbank University.

Juan Luis has significant experience in building acoustics, sound insulation assessments and environmental acoustics and has worked for Adnitt Acoustics in a broad range of projects like Project nova and Bromley South Central.

Russell

Russell

Russell has worked in acoustics since completing his degree in Electroacoustics at the University of Salford, initially undertaking research for Celestion Loudspeakers and Philips Electronics and then in commercial consultancy.

In recent years he has served as a director of the Association of Noise Consultants (ANC) as both Hon. Secretary and Hon. Treasurer. Having completed his term, he remains a member of the ANC Certification Committee, is the Senior Examiner for the ANC Registration Scheme and is a contributing author of the ANC’s Good Practice Guide for schools. He has been a Senior Inspector for Robust Details and the Hon. Secretary of the Institute of Acoustics, sitting on the Executive board and the governing Council and is also a visiting lecturer at London South Bank University on the Environmental and Architectural Acoustics MSc course.

Robert

Robert

Robert has worked in the acoustics industry since he graduated in Acoustics and Vibration Engineering from the Institute of Sound and Vibration Research (ISVR) at University of Southampton. Specialising in building acoustics, Robert has been Principal Consultant in numerous projects both in Europe and Asia and has significant experience in environmental acoustics as well as vibration.

Robert takes part in the Sustainability Interest Group of the Association for Consultancy and Engineering (ACE). He has also been Chair of the Association of Noise Consultants (ANC), the main association for Noise Consultants of the UK. He has also been part of the ANC Executive Committee and continues to be an active part of the ANC as an examiner for the ANC Registration Scheme.
